What it does
NightDraft reads a restaurant's booking inbox, classifies each enquiry, and drafts a reply in the owner's voice - right down to her booking policies, her attachment habits and the phrases she uses for large groups. Each morning the owner opens her drafts folder and approves, edits or discards. Nothing sends without her.
Why I built it
Restaurant owners answer the same fifty emails forever. The interesting question was whether an AI could learn one person's voice well enough that the drafts feel like hers, not a bot's. The answer turned out to be yes - the first live voice test, the owner's verdict was that she could tell she hadn't written it, which is exactly the pass mark for delegating client email.
Where it stands
Running nightly in production at Lorne restaurant (Victoria, London) since June 2026. Two confirmed restaurant pilots in progress, a third inbound. Built in Python, deployed on Railway; the drafting model is Claude.
