What it does
An Obsidian vault of several thousand notes, a Mac Mini running overnight, and a set of Claude agents that triage incoming email into typed tickets, score them by urgency, draft replies, and surface the three things most worth doing each morning. The whole thing wakes up at 5am and finishes before I do.
Why I built it
Most productivity systems make you do the admin to run the system. I wanted the system to do the admin. The interesting engineering problem was not routing - it was teaching the agents what my goals actually are, so urgency scoring reflects what matters rather than what is loudest.
Where it stands
In daily use since early 2026 and actively extended. The dispatcher, the triage layer and the voice-note pipeline are all live. The skills library now covers everything from calendar scheduling to research synthesis to draft writing.
