What happened
Freddie and Isabella Isotta distilled the Code with Claude conference - Anthropic's practitioner day in London - into the strongest lessons for the INSEAD cohort. The argument: being good at AI is management and communication, not coding.
The talk
Cold open on Jony Ive's answer to "what is the biggest threat from AI?" - the lack of time. Evidence that pace of change is the real constraint. Then: dismantling "you have to be technical", a live build loop on the projector, one repeatable recipe to take to work the next day.
The lesson
The frontier stopped talking about code and started talking about management. The skill that does not expire in a field moving this fast is the one an MBA already trains.
